Ponce Springs at Glen Iris was developed in 2005 by Miller Gallman . The $17 million, 112-unit condominium project sits across from Ponce City Market and is the final building on the block, which also includes the Troy Peerless Lofts and Glen Iris Lofts Phases I and II.

Located on a 1.82-acre site, Ponce Springs also includes 8,765 square feet of retail space with 43 dedicated parking places. The community offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units as well as 12 “live/work” units that allow residents to live and work in the same two-story space.

A fountain recalling the area’s beginnings as a spring and spa is the focal point of the courtyard and the surrounding live/work units.

Ammenities of the project include balconies, soundproof construction, a fitness center and clubroom, sheltered parking and high speed internet access.
