Colony Square Condominiums are divided into two separate residences: Colony House and Hanover House.

Designed by the architectural firm of Jova/Daniels/Busby and completed in 1975, Colony Square Condominiums are a key component of Colony Square, a distinguished architectural development that boldly introduced the concept of the mixed-use building complex to the American South.

Both Colony House and Hanover House derive their overall appearance from the renowned Unite d’Habitation in Marseilles, France, a landmark of 20th century design by the Swiss-French architect, Le Corbusier (1887-1965).

Like its European inspiration, Colony and Hanover House are distinguished for their prominent use of textured poured concrete, rhythmic facade, floor-to-ceiling windows, and oversized floor plans.

Colony Square sits across the street from the High Museum of Art, the Woodruff Arts Center and the Arts Center MARTA station. It also faces 1180 Peachtree street, the new home of King & Spalding. Within blocks are Piedmont Park, the Fox Theatre, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Ansley Golf Club, the Piedmont Driving Club and dozens of restaurants and eclectic stores.

Schools include Morningside Elementary, Inman Middle School, Grady High School, and Northside High School.

The Colony Square complex is also home to the Sheraton Hotel, and the Colony Square Mall and Professional Office Towers. Here you will find numerous restaurants and shops, professional medical and corporate services, and the Colony Square concierge… all just a short walk from your front door.

Amenities include a 24-hour doorman security service for each building, onsite building manager and maintenance staff, excellent access to I-75 and I-85, electric utilities and basic cable included in monthly condominium assessment, underground covered parking and individual storage facilities.
