View Point is Novare’s latest project in Midtown. It is a 36-story, 385-unit tower. It was completed in 2008 on 2 acres on Peachtree, between Sixth and Seventh streets. Eventually there will be two more towers at this location. View Point has 50,000 square feet of two-story retail space. View Point is a joint venture with Robert C. "Robin" Loudermilk Jr.
Approximate square footage for one bedrooms ranges from 600-800+ square feet while two bedrooms range from 1100-1300+ square feet. Pricing on the one bedroom units ranges from the $160's to the $240's for a one bedroom with den. Two bedrooms range from the $250's and up. They do have a two bedroom with den plan. There are also 3 penthouses that have approximatly 2,600sqft. There is one parking space per bedroom.
Room amenities include built-in audio-visual components. The cabinet colors will be a Cherry and a darker cinnimon color. The granite counter tops will be green simmiar to uba tuba or a lighter taupe color. The options are based on the floor you choose even or odd. These selections were picked by an interior desiner to be different from their other projects.
